Very run down. Room had lights that didn’t work missing all chairs. Fire alarm that emptied building last straw. Left for different hotel. Asked for a refund and didn’t hear back. What a surprise. I’d like a refund, was there 3 hours and not something I want to pay 150 for.

Nr record reservation even though credit card was already charged. Staff unable to use computer said she didn't have access. Totally unable to be of any assistance. She didn't have an internet code for us to contact another hotel!

Heavy duty fence around the property. All side exits unable to use because setting off alarm. Will never stay at this hotel. Appears homeless people and families stay at the hotel. Companies should check hotels before allowing people to book something like this hotel.

Dirty room, ac/heater broken and was swelteringly hot or freezing cold (had newborn with us and he was burning up or freezing...not ok). Doors slamming all night. Sticky floor. The bed was not a queen, but a full, at best. Homeless people swarmed the parking lot after dark, unsafe to go to car for bag we forgot, tv guide wasnt accurate, horrible smell in the hallway, refused a refund on arrival, bed and bedding scratchy and ignored complaints. Worst. Experience. Ever.

It was dirty, stained carpets, holes and stains in the curtains. It smelled, everything was old and torn up. Homeless people around the hotel hanging out. We did not stay there. We asked expedia for a refund and was denied. Employee didn’t even tell the manager.

The staff was nice & that was the only real positive. The area felt unsafe, lots of foot traffic & homeless populations. The room was dirty as well. Missing electrical covers, noodles on stove top, bathroom floor was filthy.

If you can try to find different place If you want to sleep well don’t go there. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Plus room was dirty, looks like they didn’t vacuum and mop the floors for a while. Bathroom wasn’t clean.
