If you can try to find different place If you want to sleep well don’t go there. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Plus room was dirty, looks like they didn’t vacuum and mop the floors for a while. Bathroom wasn’t clean.
the kitchenette was nice but you have to ask for kitchenware- which is not convenient. Non smoking room but the bed and pillows REEKED. The room was very dirty, under the beds were GROSS, headboards dirty, animal hair and bugs in the drawers--- the housekeeping is without a doubt careless and not "covid" conscious at all. The grounds were fine but the surrounding area is full of curbside homeless trailer people- and thus there is a trash and 'extra" animals in the vicinity.
The smell of the hotel was awful
I wouldn’t recommend staying here- staff didn’t give me any information whatsoever- after a week I figured out you have to ask the front desk for cooking ware, it took them 3 days to get some cookware for me and they let me know it was ready by giving me a call at 7am on a Saturday. Often times there were people drinking and smoking in the parking lot. I felt very unsafe at night Room smelled like smoke, they didn’t clean up the trash from previous tenant. I called corporate to let them know about my complaints and they neve... read more
Black mold on the shower curtain. Two or three parking spots left. Correct me if I’m wrong but it’s Washington have an occupancy cap on hotels due to COVID? I don’t think someone is following the rules.
I had wanted to see what an extended stay hotel was like so I booked a room for a night. We usually stay at another brand hotel. We checked in around 7:00 pm. The lady at the desk was busy and distracted with calls and electronics or something she needed to address at the desk. I asked a question it it was never addressed. She mechanically checked us in and told us how to get to our room. We like the layout of the room. The bathrooms have a sink in them when other hotels might have them outside of the shower area. The kitche... read more
Disappointing With Covid, the condition of the room was concerning. The towels and shower curtain were stained. Instead of repairing items broken, tape was used. Water only came out if half the showerhead, made for long shower time.
I was tired of screaming neighbors for hours. something was finally done. In the year I have been staying at Extended stay I've watched things go downhill with the caliber of people that u let stay. It use to be working people I could stay at motel 6 and pay less for the same. Sorry, I don't think I will be staying with u anymore. Thank you for asking.
