Disappointed There was only one person working at the check in with several guests waiting she was friendly. The Room was adequate but certainly not comfortable there was no glasses dishes coffee so the use of the kitchen at was not available. There were a number of people hanging around in the parking lot so it did not seem like a safe place. The recliner in the Room was broken and while the Room was sufficiently clean I would not say that it was real clean.

Vancouver stay This was a last minute stay and many other hotels were booked so I booked online. I had immediate buyers remorse when I got out of my car. While waiting to check in the smell of weed out front was extreme. There were patrons drinking and smoking right outside front door. Then we road a stuffy elevator to the 3rd floor. The room seemed nice. My bed however had a huge divot in the middle. No bathroom fan and the tub plug didn’t work so it stayed plugged the entire time. The rooms were clean. Alot of people standing by the side doorway for hours so had problems getting in. No breakfast for the price. Coffee was empty in the morning after they advertised coffee in the morning. Accidentally left paperwork and valuables after checking out which was not returned or turned into front office by maids. Would not recommend this motel to anyone especially for the cost.

You could smell weed / smoke all over the place in the elevator/ in the hallway. With family, you couldn't think of going out. Lot of noise from neighboring rooms even in the middle of the night (2 am also), walls seem to be non-existent. Stayed in other places during our trip and they seemed to be much better for lesser price than this.

Bad staff, smelled bad, drug dealers on site, avoid this place

Loud and inconsiderate guests; no help from staff. Staff was amateurish. Lots of sounds from overhead and adjacent rooms. Low class furnishings. Bed had only one reading lamp. Was supposed to be a "delux" suite; it was not.

From the rude guests yelling at the front desk clerks to the non smoking room reeking of smoke and the beds that even smelled of smoke the stay was more than unpleasant. Thank goodness we arrived at 11pm and checked out at 6am the next morning or Would have been very difficult to stay longer....

I went to check in and they told me they double booked my room and now the hotel was full.
