Sucks Didn't get the room we asked for and there was no water in the morning

Menstrual stains on floor and runner rug in between beds. Scheduled way in advance a king non-smoking room, none available when we checked in.

Was not able to sleep between 2-5 am as the people next door were loud. After my stay the card I used for incidentals, was fraudulently used online for thousands of dollars. I only used that card at that place in the last 3 weeks. Might not be them, bit I will never go back there again.

The hotel was TERRIBLE, cigarette smoke through vents. Dogs barking all night, i felt like my son and i was at a pet hotel. My son has asthma and the scent of smoke through the night kept him up and he was sick majority of trip

Double booked rooms with strangers walking in By far one of the worst days ever got stuck in elevator fire alarm went off twice we got to my room I went to the store and the front desk gave somebody else the same room as us so people walked in with the key why am I girl was in the shower

Basically a halfway house. Cops showed up, shut off water for a few hours, lots of unwanted activity.

Room smelled really bad. I couldn't place the smell. no toilet paper with no back ups had to ask for more. Absolutely bare bones room. No coffee maker nada. Extended Stay Corporate has really lowered their standards. Used to stay with them while traveling cross country this Extended stay was by far the worst. Friendly people at the front deck . They apologized profusely but did nothing to help.
