The room we checked into smelled unclean. I don’t know when housekeeping gets around to doing their job, but it was as if someone just left the room seconds before we entered. There were hairs on the lampshades/dust. Breakfast is “grab n go” which to this motel means cups of coffee, tiny muffins and packages of oatmeal. Arrived to find they had no room for me, even though I had my pre-paid confirmation. Desk personnel were not helpful. Will not book here again. Thankfully, there was room at the Best Western across the street and hotels.com helped me transfer my pre-paid payment to there.

Check in starts at 3:00 pm. We got there at 5:45, and after some rambling and fumbling, the receptionist informed me that there wasn’t a clean room yet. She tried to obliquely throw her cleaning staff under the bus, but the upshot was that I’d have to wait about half an hour for a room. Poor So marginal. We had to ask for all "normal" items:hangars Hair dryer, shampoo, and found out that housekeeping was not included. They advertise breakfast - but coffee and mini muffins is not a breakfast. Staff is friendly but amenities stink. The place has mini kitchen, but all cupboards are bare. We had to ask for everything we wanted(a cup, spoon, etc) Such a disappointment.

The staff was great but the hotel is noisy... the walls are thin. You can hear everything in neighboring rooms and listen to the toilet flush from the room upstairs.

The place was poorly run and stunk like stale cigarettes. My room was dirty, Dusty and the floor had stains on it. On top of that, I was harassed in the lobby by men staying at the hotel and the management did nothing!
