Wow! Just wowwwww Alex was great at the front desk, but unfortunately, our stay was a nightmare. From the elevator that felt more like a haunted house ride, to the toilet that kept overflowing, to the microwave that didn’t heat our food—there was one issue after another. Won’t stay again There wasn’t any comfortable chairs. The bed was lumpy and the bed linens were dirty. My wife’s comforter had blood on it.The shower was a trickle and it took forever to get hot water.

The bath faucet was too short- hard to get ash up. Also very little water pressure in shower. Everything else was fine

Lackluster Layover Hotel This was a lackluster overnight business trip. The room had no heat. Called down and was asked to grab blankets from the front desk instead of someone delivering the blankets. DoorDash was not allowed to leave food at the desk for pickup. I had to leave the hotel. Tub had a yellowish hue so the water in the tub replicated the color. Microwave and stove were outdated. False representation of the room picture used in the room selections. I choose not to stay here again.

The smell matched the price It smelled horrible in there. I actually vomit after staying in there for 2 hours, and slept with a drop of mint essential oil in a surgical mask on. Thankfully, I was only there for a long layover but it was not worth the money.
