When I checked in my room I wasn’t in the first room but all of 7 minutes when I saw 2 huge roaches crawling up my wall I called the Hotel moved me to another room and it was still roaches in that room I was not able to sleep at all

This may be the worst hotel Ive stayed at in the USA. People with reservations were turned away as they overbooked. The first room I was given had not been cleaned. The "breakfast"is granola bars and coffee. The coffee was empty three of the four days I checked. You pay to get your room cleaned. I paid and despite that they failed to clean three of the five days I paid for. Even when I reminded them, it did no good. The carpet is stained and dirty appearing. No lobby space no swimming pool Had to change rooms because there are a leek in the bathroom

Roach Motel Nothing like waking up every morning to roaches in the kitchen and bathroom.

I have stayed in some budget places before, but this was the worst hotel I have even stayed at. From the shuttle to the airport, to the dirty room, to the lack of anything in the room, of there was a negative rating they certainly earned it. Do not stay here!

There were plenty of bed bugs in the room. The staff was quite friendly and helpful, but cleanliness of rooms was sorely lacking.

Bem localizado, porém atendimento sem qualquer empatia, limpeza sofrível, com muitas baratas no banheiro. Fiquei três noites, alertei e solicitei a limpeza no front desk por duas vezes por conta das baratas. Queriam me dar 20% de desconto na diária, porém eu só queria a limpeza do quarto e do banheiro, que é paga ( 5 dólares a limpeza). Disse que pagaria a limpeza e mesmo assim não aconteceu. Conversei com as camareiras, essas tbm muito rudes.
