This place is the most depressing, nastiest, dirtiest place I have ever stayed and we have traveled all over the world. The decor is the worst, the hot plates were filthy and all rusty. I was Slept with my clothes on because I was afraid of bugs. The only good thing was the gentleman at registration Stallone he was very attentive and friendly.

Roach Infested The place was infested with roaches. We had to book next door at Holiday Inn Express. Still waiting for a refund

Very uncomfortable bed, asked for extra pillows and they did not provide. The light in bathroom did not work so took shower in the dark. The water was not warm enough. The bed was hard and was not able to sleep. This is the worst we have ever stayed in and we have traveled a lot. They offer continental breakfast and all it was was coffee in the lobby with muffins and no place to sit. Excellent location for convention and our stay. Room not real clean, we had to pick up at the desk our kitchen dishes, silverware coffee supplies. Desk employees was hardly ever at their station. Poor service and knowledge of the area. The absolute worst experience in all my years of travel. I will never stay there again. Positive...water was good and hot and the room was cool....

The property was close to the convention, but was under the impression when booking that there was a hot breakfast and there wasn't. The out lit in the restroom didn't work. The room was really cold with the AC on and if you turned it up it would get really hot in the room fast.

About my stay The beds were too hard and there were no shuttles except to the airport! It's hard to walk to the convention center when you have bad knees. Also, I was expecting something else for breakfast besides coffee and muffins.
