changed rooms because of stains on the mattress. 1st room linoleum was buckled along the tub. 2nd room toilet rocked back and forth while sitting on it. Hotel is very dated and needs a complete remodel. Priced at $318/night is gouging the cruise line passengers. This should be a $79 per night room, if that. Would never recommend this hotel. Gave me the creeps. 1st thing we did was check for bed bugs.

The water was cold with low water pressure and no one bothered to tell us this at check in. We ended up going home to shower that night and we left in the morning to go home again to shower.

Never again. Worse check in experience ever. Was told my room would be available at 1pm. Came back and found others stacked up in the lobby waiting on a room. None of us were registered until 2:50pm!! The ridiculous excuse was that they only had one person checking 100 rooms. If that were the case, why wouldn’t they check a few for readiness and relay that back to the front desk to expedite the process? Common sense. Nothing. I prepaid and they had no rooms. My client was so unhappy he checked. The place is in poor condition especially charging over $209 s night v

完全不是物超所值 因為在TPIE展會期間,房租相當高,但是房間有異味,房間內沒有茶、咖啡,甚至一瓶水也沒有。
