Rundown hotel, not clean, no water pressure in the shower, unfriendly staff.

There were a lot of bugs(cockroaches and mites)in the room on the night stand/floor, and the shower was broken. BUT, jasmine at the front desk was great and we loved how we got rides to the hotel and cruise port included. Plus it was so close to both locations. I feel like this place would be much better if they did some deep exterminating.

Room's from hell. The rooms smelled couldn't stay in them too long spent most of my time in the car to sleep. went down to customer service know one was there 3 different times. key cards didn't work. would never stay there again.

Don't waste your money Everything about this hotel was bad. Upon check-in at midnight the front desk girl checking us in was rude and seemed aggravated as if we woke her up. The room was god awful and if it was not for being midnight I would have left right away but with no vehicle in an unfamiliar location it was hard to find something. Website says it offers hotels transfers but does not say it is only from 7am to 4pm. Really, who offers banker hours for a hotel. Highly recommend staying somewhere else. The place was VERY outdated and OLD. Totally disappointed for the price we paid.
