The front desk was not properly staffed. It was difficult to get help at any time we needed it. The beds are too small.

Find a better place ppoor value Awful hotel for the price. Very dated and desperately needs refresh and management that care, no airport shuttle after 4pm even though on phone we were told it went until 10 on weekends, rooms reasonable size but no dishes in cupboards, no coffee maker, no shampoo or other items in washroom. Bed was at least comfortable but only a thin sheet and spread. Breakfast consisted of coffee, granular bars, muffins and packages of instant oatmeal, no milk. the place was poorly ran not clean at all. we stayed one night to get on cruise ship so we just delt with what we got. the lady at the front desk could not see where i had a reservation with Expedia and charged me $160 for the room till expedia paid them.

Disgusting and misleading. Would never recommend or stay at this location again. One of the most disgusting hotels I have ever been in. The pictures are NOT what it actually looks like. Shower didn't work, sheets were dirty, weird moldy smell. We changed rooms 3 different times. One of the last rooms we went into the mattress was upside down with no protector and stains ALL OVER. The other smelled of weed and cigarette smoke. Was told we would receive a refund for our booking and still haven't received anything after 10 days... read more

Stay somewhere else, plenty of other options I booked this stay for my parents. They checked out after day 1. The room had a terrible odor, the bed was concave, the refrigerator rusted & staining that looked like blood but they hoped was just rust drip marks. But either way, how could all of the above be considered acceptable for any hotel room? Embassy Suites was only slightly higher in price than your hotel & much better quality by leaps & bounds.
