Not safe to stay!!!!! Was flying from California to Florida. At my layover in Denver, called hotel directly to tell them flight comes in at one am in the morning, please keep my room. Get to Florida called hotel for shuttle, they where sold out of rooms. I even prepaid. So here I am a female stranded at the airport now two am, no where to stay. Hotel said because I didn’t get the first name of person who I talk to.

Terrible experience, it took me 2 hours at the lobby of the hotel and on the phone with expedia so you could find out my reservation hadnt been sent before. Same think when I left, it was registered as just a walk in even though I had already paid for it in advance I was being charged a balence of 700 USD before I coudl checck out! Never recomending or booking it again!

There was ants in my room so they had me change rooms. Service at front desk need more help shouldn’t take 3 hours to check in this was ridiculous. Would never stay there again

Very unhappy Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. equested 2 wake up calls and received none. No paper and pencil in the room and although I requested and were promised twice - never got any. No phone book in the the room and couldn't get one. had a handicap room because I have trouble walking and they gave me a room on the the second floor, 3/4 of the way down the hall away fro the elevators. The second day my key didn't work and the asked me to walk all the way down to lobby .i will never stay nor recommend this hotel.
