Room had a weird musty smell. No coffee maker in the room. Beds were noisy and uncomfortable. Coffee in the morning tasted odd. Shuttle to airport didn’t start until 8 and our flight was at 8:12. Disappointing hotel. The staff at check in were very friendly.

Location is nice close to airport, cruise terminal, lot of options for dinner; The staff oh my good!! Makes you feel so unwelcome, I just stayed for 1 night and next day one lady from housekeeping knocked at my door very loud at 9:55 am asking me what time I was leaving I told her 20 minutes ( I saw check out should be at 11 am) I asked the lady what time check out should be and she said 10 am but she was very rude and then I was thinking may be I saw it wrong. Dissatisfied with this hotel. I never had so many issues like I experienced at this hotel. Extremely disappointed

In serious need of a hotel makeover This hotel is very run down and old. The building in itself needs considerable renovation. The staff was courteous but clearly accustomed to handling patrons complaints and making do with offering discounts or changing rooms but looks like every room has its own list of pending repairs, deep cleaning, or insect problems.
