The hotel had no record of the reservation on Expedia ... several guests at Check-in had this issue . The staff were rude and unprofessional when dealing with the situation. They made it seem like the issue was the guest’s fault. The lady at the front desk even asked to see the charge on my credit card so I had to log into my mobile banking to prove to her that the room was reserved and paid for ....

Staff at night was not organized at all We were supposed to leave the car for the week but the fact that night shift could not figure out how to print a pass we made other arrangements We were told at check in to give her a few min well after tow attempts and two hours later we told her we wanted to go to sleep we got rude she got rude but that’s when she finally told us we were not getting one because she could not do it information that would have been helpful two hours earlier instead of give me a min Lobby was dirty and ... read more

Breakfast they promised was nonexistent. Granola bars and oatmeal. No fruit.

Expensive for low quality. Breakfast was a cup of coffee and instant oatmeal and muffins. Mold on the bed skirt. Moldy smelling in the hallways. I had already paid for both nights or I would’ve looked elsewhere. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Bad place. Front desk was not present upon arrival to the lobby or at departure. No hot water. No one answered my multiple calls from the room to front desk. Cleaning room service entered the room while in the shower. And the best is...... I paid 200 USD / night for this!!! Worst hotel I have stayed after my emergency stay at a hotel in Chicago project for 20 USD/night Total ripoff

Property was very dirty. Killed 2 baby roaches in my room. Lobby was very dirty. Staff was very slow and short staffed. Room refrigerator was old and rusty looking. NO DAILY ROOM CLEANING! Never again.

he facility was dirty all over, the sheets didn't fit the bed, the toilet seat wasn't screwed on, a 3-night stay and only 1 shampoo. no maid service without a sir charge. The hallway carpet was stained and filthy. I would never stay here again. other than the people, the experience was horable!

Did not like anything about the property. We booked a Queen size bed all they had was double beds
