The room was filled will cigarette smoke from the moment we got there. It smelt like someone was smoking in the room with us even though it was a non smoking room. Very loud hotel!! Will not be returning.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. For over $700 for 2 nights, we expected higher quality.

I DONT THINK I WII BE BACK. The condition of the room was verry pitty, the fridge make sush noice we have to unplug ithis way FINNALY feel asleep. The air heather AC unit was smoking and smell like burn. The drapes was soo old when there close you can see the clearity of the sun in the ware where off Specially for the price you are paying, if you want to ck in before 3.00 they charge you $ 25.00. The people who work there where very nice and try to help you.

Room had very old/low quality furnishings. Carpet very unpleasant.

Gross!! There were ants and cockroaches. There was coffee grounds spilled behind the dresser. The door looked like it was keyed or someone was carving initials in it. We didn't leave anything sitting on the floor. In need of renovations, cleaning, and pest control.

This hotel is close to the cruise port. However, the mattress was like sleeping on a piece of plywood with a blanket thrown over it. Not so sure it wasn't a box spring. Our room was on the street side on the first floor and although the windows were not open it sounded like the cars were inside our room. Would not stay here again.

No one at front desk on check in.room had a full kitchen but to coffee pot, no dishes, and we were told if we wanted coffee pot we have to go to the front desk. Bathroom light sometimes came on and sometimes not. Room never cleaned during our stay. Paid WAY to much for our room and will not stay there again.

What a mess. Dirty Desk is manned but sometime no one is these. Very small front area. 2 elevators. Small. A lot of people sitting around with crutches. They sit in the very small lobby. It looks like they live there all the time. interesting. They take up the lobby space. Room was dirty. Floor was dirty. Drape was rotting. You could see light thru when closed. Bathroom was dirty. Cockroachs on shower curtain. Floor dirty. Only one small plastic glass in unit. No dishes, but they said that they would find some if we need the... read more
