Overpriced, and not a clean hotel. Not well taken care of. Dirty bathrooms, stained bed sheets, and cheap soap and shampoos.

Staff not helpful Room not clean No breafast area This is Not the Expedia standard i used to see.

Nasty and Smokey. Grotty hallways. Long past it’s sell by date. We won’t go back.

When we first checked in and got into our room, all of the lights were on and the windows were wide open. It smelled like someone had smoked numerous cigarettes in our room. I called down to the front desk and his solution was to "come up and spray air freshner." However, due to health issues, that was not going to solve my problem. To switch rooms, he told us we would have to pay an upgrade fee to get a room that did not smell like smoke. The fridge was very dirty on the outside and the shower seems to be broken. It took very long for the water to get hot and the amount of water coming out was minimal
