Dissapointing Room was very smelly, big stains on carpet, bed sheets smell weird, some lights were not working

Great location, but the no-smoking room smelled of tobacco, 1 of the 2 stove burners didn't work, not a single cooking/eating utensil in the room (had to ask for it at the desk), cheapest and most minimal accessories, and overall degraded condition of the property. Staff was very helpful.

I spent 2 nights. The lobby and halls floors/carpets had not been vacuumed/cleaned the whole time I was there. They were dirty. While the room was relatively clean, there were crumbs on the counter. It took forever to get hot water to take a shower or wash my face. The faucet in the small kitchenette wasn't securely attached. The light over the desk did not work as well as the lights on one side of the bed. The bed was very comfortable though. The hotel was awful starting with the front desk lady who said I couldn’t connect to their WiFi until she charged my card! My wife was having issues with her phone and it would’ve only worked on WiFi service. I explained to the lady at the front desk that my wife needed to connect to WiFi in order to giver some info that she was requesting. As soon as my wife went into the room there were roaches all over the place to include the toilet. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Very bad experience.

Don’t stay there They do not allow late night check in without heavy fees. I had to look for another hotel at 2:30am The person at the desk was very rude too.

Not a good hotel It was not clean; there was noice available; facility did not have an ice machine.

This place is the most depressing, nastiest, dirtiest place I have ever stayed and we have traveled all over the world. The decor is the worst, the hot plates were filthy and all rusty. I was Slept with my clothes on because I was afraid of bugs. The only good thing was the gentleman at registration Stallone he was very attentive and friendly.

Very uncomfortable bed, asked for extra pillows and they did not provide. The light in bathroom did not work so took shower in the dark. The water was not warm enough. The bed was hard and was not able to sleep. This is the worst we have ever stayed in and we have traveled a lot. They offer continental breakfast and all it was was coffee in the lobby with muffins and no place to sit.
