Excellent location for convention and our stay. Room not real clean, we had to pick up at the desk our kitchen dishes, silverware coffee supplies. Desk employees was hardly ever at their station. Poor service and knowledge of the area. The absolute worst experience in all my years of travel. I will never stay there again. Positive...water was good and hot and the room was cool....

The property was close to the convention, but was under the impression when booking that there was a hot breakfast and there wasn't. The out lit in the restroom didn't work. The room was really cold with the AC on and if you turned it up it would get really hot in the room fast.

About my stay The beds were too hard and there were no shuttles except to the airport! It's hard to walk to the convention center when you have bad knees. Also, I was expecting something else for breakfast besides coffee and muffins.

The room was dirty and smelled of pet urine. The hotel was overbooked & we had to wait for check in. Staff & guests fighting in the lobby.
