Disgusting No water pressure in shower. No daily cleaning service or fresh towels. Towels in room had hair in them. Disgusting and will never stay there again.

Hotel nightmare Disgusting at 10 30 told to return to check in 1 30 which we did and left in reception no air con until 415 when we got to the room it hadn’t been touched bed unmade dirty towels trash despite the fact that the manager was supposed to have gone to ‘check the room’ at 2 30 all the way from the UK to this - come on

The lobby and elevators smelled from cigarette smoke. They did not alert me, either on the website or at chech in that there was no daily maid service in spite of an average $200/day charge. The “free breakfast” consisted of coffee, creamer, packaged muffins and breakfast bars.

Checkin was nice the ladie very friendly and healpful. But the inside of the elevator smelled of marijuana. The next morring at 530 am again the smell of marijuana. When getting in the shower my wife ask how my bottem of my feet got so dirty? The only explation is the carpet in the room needs shampooed. At the checkout desk there was no one to help myself or the the other 2 guest. One was calling outloud bot no help,the other called the front desk but no help. I AM SORRY BUT YOU GET A 2 THUMBS DOWN!!!!

no airport shuttle There was no shuttle from the airport as advertised. For the money, this wasn't a very good hotel
