While the property was convinent to cruiseport, it was not up to standards with modern hotels. While breakfast was advertised, there really wasn't any to speak of (only some minor thigns served, and no area to set, etc). Staff was friendly, but probably overwhelmed with the number of guests and requests. Found some bugs in the room, etc. For one night it was ok, but don't recommend it

We reserved a room with a king bed. Somehow the point of paying more for a king bed and making a reservation doesn’t work here. We got a the smallest rooom according to the room chart on the door, with a double bed. Not even a queen. No one could help, either at expedia, or at the property. As Jerry Seinfeld once quipped, that’s the point of a reservation. Do not stay here.

Free breakfast consists of coffee and muffins. No restaurant. Internet did not work, took all day to get it. Lobby consists of 4 chairs and. Bench. My cruise docked at 8am but I couldn’t check in until 3:00pm...what was I supposed to do for 6 hours. The hotel wouldn’t allow me check in early. Travelocity’s booking did not take this into consideration.

I LEFT JUST AFTER GOING TO ROOM, THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. ACTUAL ANTS ON THE COUNTER IN KITCHEN. ELEVATOR WAS VERY DIRTY AND THE SMELL WAS BAD. TOOK 20 MINUTES TO CHECK IN, AND I WAS SECOND IN LINE. LISTENED TO A CONFERENCE CALL ON SPEAKER PHONE THAT WAS CORPORATE AND IT WAS NOT GOOD FOR CUSTOMER TO HEAR THE NEGATIVE CONVERSATION.

Our room had chick roaches, when i called to the front desk, they were happy to refund me however thought the whole situation was funny... had to walk 5 blocks in the rain with luggage to find a new hotel. Total CRAP!
