I checked in at 8:30PM , waited about half hour for someone to check me in , no one at the front desk , I got to the room , one shower shampoo available at the room , toilet leaks water on the side every time you flash it. Bed do have hair all over under the blanket , I was not able to take it , I packed my stuff left at 5:30AM the next day and again no one at the front desk , left the key on the front desk counter and took off .

This place needs a remodel. The saving grace was the staff, who were awesome. I would not stay here again though due to the rundown feel of the place.

Hot mess express. Only one person working. Room wasn’t ready. Dirty sheet laying on the third floor hallway floor outside elevator, coffee cup sitting on lobby table, empty Gatorade bottle and bag tag laying on another table in lobby. Hair dryer didn’t work, asked for another, 20 min later I had to go down and get a another one myself because front desk person was the only one there and couldn’t leave the desk. I didnt like the price i picked 87 thrn had to pay 130 spmething for a room with no drinks or coffee in the room

DO NOT STAY HERE.. This room was AWFUL and smelled of chemicals. The heavy chemicals was harmful to my family. I complained and was told I would get a full refund. Which I never received! So I called and they advised they gave hotels.com the refund. Which i never received.

Thoroughly disappointed Property is below standard . Awful smells throughout property and multiple dark rug stains. No maid service

Poor customer service States there is a shuttle from airport, but no one picked up phone all day to arrange. Called the 1800 number upon arriving at airport, and was told "I dont know if there is a shuttle and there's nothing I can do if they don't pick up phone". That was the only reason I booked them. Delayed me by an hour late at night, and had to pay taxi $30 extra. Would have chosen another site if no shuttle advertised. Room was dirty and loud.

Cancelled our room without notifying us. Was overbooked, had to find another hotel. They then wrote us in as a no show so we were still charged for the room.
