Reserved two double beds, only one king room available. I was left scrambling for a room at midnight with no help from the staff. I would not recommend this hotel for anything.

I booked a room here my parents and when they checked in, they couldn't find the Expedia reservation and said that they were overcooked and had no rooms. Unbelievable. Do not stay at this place.

The property was a mess. The faucet in the sink was falling off, the shower dripped constantly, the beds were uncomfortable, and they only change the linens if you’re staying for a week or longer. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We paid more than $300 per night and it was really disappointing.

I had 2 rooms that had plumbing issues. I had to be changed 3 times.

Didn’t have opportunity to like. Our reservation was not honoured. We had booked 2 rooms. Not available. I had called earlier in the week to confirm our reservation and mentioned our flight arrives at 11:50 pm. But might be late. We want to make sure we have a room. The people at the desk were not very helpful. They didn’t find us another room. In fact they returned to folding laundry leaving us to fend for our selves. 1. The TV reception was terrible and the channel options very limited. 2. Contentential breakfast consisted of coffee and your choice of a prepackaged muffin or granola bar. 3. While the shuttle to the cruise port was convenient, it was an additional charge and overcrowded.

Room smelled really bad and had roaches I will never again stay there ever
