Rundown Hotel Convenient 4 Ferry with Great Staff. The area is close to the BaleairIc Ferry for the Bahamas. The staff at the Hotel were helpful and courteous. However, the hotel and rooms are pretty rundown and in dire need kf refurbishment. The rooms are are not cleanor or well maintained. Everything is worn out. The free breakfast is a "grab and go" with coffee, tea, muffins, packets of porridge or nutty bars ! There is no breakfast area. Horrible place needs work Outside lighting all out, scary dark parking lot for single female on business. Lobby dirty, attendant less that friendly, elevator same trash on floor never cleaned up. Beds itchy and place located directly in front of sewer facility, rooms smelled horrible.

Location is convenient. Landscaping pleasing. Room reeked of tobacco smoke in a non smoking room. Staff was indifferent at best. Continental breakfast consisted of coffee and granola bars. Airport shuttle only runs from 8am to 4pm so no airport pickup for most guests.

front desk was friendly and helpful .However while checking out at 9.30 am the cleaning staff was asking like every 5 minutes are you done ? And our room was not ready when we were checking in at 8 pm

Look elsewhere Would not stay again, did not meet expectations. Felt dirty, was dirty, bed not on frame Husband had to lift it and put it back on frame. Holes in headboard. very noisy from outside street noise. Staff were , no one was at counter, they were in back arguing, one lady came to the front did not acknowledge us, just shuffled papers around and was obviously looking for something. Would not stay again. Especially for 200 canadian a night with taxes.

Horrible hotel Check in staff was nice, but no early check in. Apparently they don’t have enough housekeeping help to ready rooms in a timely manner. Entire hotel stunk, bed didn’t seem freshly made, a pillow was missing. Toilets lined the halls, I guess they were changing them out. From the stench, the ones in the hall must have been the old ones. The toilet seat in our room kept sliding off and the top of the tank didn’t fit properly.
