The room smelled like smoke . People slamming doors after midnight, dog barking. Extremely disappointed.

Hands down worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. We travel a good bit and we stay in Miami at least a couple of times a year. We've never stayed at this hotel before but it looked nice so I figured I'd give it a try. I booked this hotel about 3 weeks in advance for a Tuesday night. The room smells bad, there was no pillows or blankets for the sofa bed, the area for the breakfast it was too small.

Horrible, el sillón para que duerman mis hijos era de una plaza con un colchón viejísimo y destruido , tuve que pedir las sabanas aparte y no me dieron almohada porque no tenían mas, fue imposible encontrar el hotel la dirección que da los gps la confunden , esta al costado de una autopista y el frente da a una calle interna de storages y otros edificios, definitivamente terrible experiencia. Nunca mas!!!

I booked this property for the complimentary shuttle service from the airport which operates from 8am to 10 pm. I arrived at MIA at 9 pm and waited 45 mins and no appearance of the shuttle. Called the hotel at 9:45pm to be informed by a not so friendly staff that the shuttle stops at 10am. I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel.
