Run down place with minimal service. This place isoverpruce for what you get. Our room was smelly and did not have any cooking equipment/ dishes in there. The breakfast was a joke. Overall a big disappointment. Miami definitely will not be on my list to visit for a long time.

First of all, I arrived and the person at the front desk was a man who was kind of rude. Then I am paying for the room and he said my card didn’t go through ? And I had seen a big fat APPROVED sign on the credit card machine ?? Weird..so then my husband and I get one key to the room when we always get 2 keys at other hotels..as I am walking to the elevator to go up to the room we saw blood spots on the floor and i thought maybe someone just cut themselves with something. Check in process is horrible , they don't accept cash and you have to pay for wifi other hotels WiFi is free.

we stayed 3 days and 2 nights. No room service. They said there is no room service available. kitchen vessels are not clean. Free parking is available. Shuttle only available to airport on request. no free shuttle to any where else. Break fast is not actual break fast we thought, very less options to choose and some are not clean. If you count a super loud highway all day and night that is a special view I guess. There was a ticking all night long in the room also. If the hotel is going to be that close to the road maybe they should have thicker windows so it cancels more of the sound out. It was terrible we left at 3 in the morning cause we couldn’t take it anymore
