Rooms are to small and need to be updated. Staff should be able to bring needed items up to the room instead of the resident coming all the way downstairs

There are some wonderful people at 25th Street but it is really unfair when there is one bad apple in the batch that can cause all the others to look bad. On two separate occasions Lucy send workmen in my room without my knowledge. She told them that the room is vacant so they just came and open the door because they were given a key and the list with the vacant rooms. Fortunately for me I was properly attired. We stayed in room 416 which is a non smoking room. However, the room constantly smelled like cigarette smoke. Also the breakfast did not have a good selection or variety foods.

We booked a room for a family of six. 2 doubles beds, and a pull out. when we arrived, we were told that room was not available. and had to split up the family into two rooms. Check in took a long time. The room was ok, but the pull out beds were not made, and I was handed a bunch of sheets. I was not expecting the taj mahal, but I at least expected the bed to be made and my family to be together.
