Bad experience! It was terrible, booked a room for a non smoking guest and was booked into a smoking room/floor. When I asked the front desk to change rooms I was told that they were booked and could not do it. I don't understand why id be given the option to book non smoking if they are going to throw you in any room. I had a hard time sleeping, cleanliness of the room was questionable, everything wreaked of smoke, and my allergies were acting up all day. I would avoid this place if possible

Dirty hotel When I walked into the hotel, the lobby floor was dirty with what looked like a ripped up plastic bag scattered. The first room I was given was smoking and I don't smoke! The second room smelled like dog, there was black hair on the sink and in the bed!! Disgusting and would never stay there again!!!

Less than average and fairly dirty I needed to stay in the area one night for business. The price was very competitive in comparison to near by hotels and there was little availability elsewhere. I arrived at the hotel around 8pm, and the service was less than average. I found the room to be gross, the bed uncomfortable, and every cable TV channel was fuzzy.

Disappointed! I expected a nice, clean room - something like a Holiday Inn Express. Instead, the room was run down and not very clean. I stayed one night, only because it was late, and checked out early the next morning. The only good thing I can say about the experience is that I had a nice view of the marina.

Extended Stay - Alameda not good While the hotel was in a decent location, the staff was not professional and courteous. There was no ice or coffee maker in the room. When we asked for ice we were told to fill up the ice trays or go buy some. There was always a TV blaring in the lobby even when no one was watching. A laundry room was located off of the check in area and the laundry room door was always open. I have stayed in many hotels and I would rank this one near the bottom.

Disappointed. We were not told at the desk that we had to obtain dishes, etc at the front desk. The service was poor partly because communications were so poor. We would not stay at another Extended Stay Hotel. This was designed for longer time stays not just a few days.
no rollawys, who is lying? stdarted off bad. Hotel.com was to get me a room for 3 large male adults. they supposedly called the hotel and was told they had a rollaway. We get rthere and no rollaway. they said they have never had rollaways... so we ended up with onje guy sleeping in a chair and part of the time on the floor. if we were gonna have to do that, we could have stayed in Jack London Square which was located in a better site. Very unhappy with hotel.com oir the hotel. somebody is lying!!!
