Very dirty condition The floors were extremely dirty, needed to be vacuumed and swept and washed. There were no bath towels or toiletries in the bathroom.

There was a heated pool and one of the main reasons we picked it. Got there. Checked in. Went to check out the pool and our key would not work. Went to tge front desk and was informed tgat tge pool is closed and has been for weeks. But no one mentioned this at check in or on tge website.

This was probably by far the worst stay besides the employee at the front desk. Broken pool, and broken ice machines?? I only booked this hotel because of the pool and I had no idea it was not working or I would have booked a different hotel.

service and facilities have gone down the drain. This room doesnot have hair dryer, coffee maker, looked like a abandoned room. Never in my life have experienced a no show when u entered the hotel. Look Elsewhere The front desk was a nightmare. Very ignorant and incompetent staff member. Breakfast is very minimal. Hotel rather dirty. Room was clean for the most part and bed was ok
