The hotel is being updated, workers, supplies everywhere, had to step over carpet roles to get to room, glue smell, changed floors, no heat, never got any, used extra blankets and bundled up, no soap, cups, it's a mess, Not fit for guests at the moment!! Did not know about this until I got there.

Honestly, they're remodeling so power tools created the noise all day. BUT there were cosmetics left on the floor, piles of hair & dust on the bathrrom floor and the entire back of the couch had wet drywall on it from an obvious leak in the ceiling. We were only there for a few hours before a Steelers game and to sleep, no way we would have stayed if it was any longer. Room was dirty. Sofa bed was full of potato chips and someone left a shirt on floor next to sofabed. Also. One of handtowels by sink had stains. Room did not have coffee maker or cups. ice machine on 3rd fl. was Broken. Small details make a big difference Unfortunately. We won't return.

The room itself was comfortable, except for all the dead flies. We were there 4 nights and we found dead flies everyday. The shower leaked, there was no kitchen wear or coffee in the room. I did sleep really well, but that's the only plus. The hotel was undergoing a remodel and the lobby and most of the floors were in disarray, and it wasnt posted anywhere on the website and we weren't notified ahead of time. The hotel is undergoing extensive renovations. Elevators took 10 minutes to arrive and I had to share one with construction debris. Expedia should alert people to properties under construction. I never would have booked this hotel if I had known that.

Nightmare What a nightmare! Let’s start from the beginning… Upon arrival we received our room key, which did not work not once, not twice, but three times. Finally we had to get the front desk to come up to use the master key to get us into the room.
