Not posted online there was construction, found out when I checked in. They put me in a room DIRECTLY beneath rooms they were working on. Constant hammering on walls and pipes, dragging stuff across the floor above my room. It was loud. They refused to change my room saying they were booked when 12 min prior I was given choice of a lower floor and I told them whatever was ready that I had no preference...had I known that was the case I would have chose Lower floor. Staff has an attitude. Tammy the cleaning lady was so rude to us when we where in a elevator and she couldn’t fit her cart

i booked this hotel for my cousind eho came for sn event. the next day i asked them how ot was, they said they gave them an uncleaned room with everything lying everywhere including towels. after they requested for a new 1, they were give 1 which was ok. they also claimed the hallways were quite dirty with used tossues etc everywhere. i was very embarrassed
