Disappointing The prior reviews seem to have been from when this was a Hyatt Place. Breakfast was minimal/grab and go, the first room we got had a broken pullout bed, and there were soiled towels left in the second room we got. Avoid.

The elevator was not working, and we were on the 5th floor. The woman behind the desk just talked on her cell phone the entire time we were down there, and the breakfast was horrible. Some green oranges and granola bars. The woman was too busy on her phone to restock it.

Our carpet had not been swept. The tv was on when we entered and it looked like someone may have sat on side of bed watching it. We thought they forgot our bedspread but when asked we were told that the thin sew through blanket on top of the sheet was the bedspread. The door right by our room to the hotel had a key lock but it was broken and the door was just open for anyone to enter. We stayed in many hotels just this summer, and never had any of these issues especially when it’s ranked eight out of 10..

When we arrived, there was nobody on the front desk. After waiting, we got our room and the carpet was filthy and had not been vacuumed. The carpet was soiled in countless spots as well as the couch. Seeds and popcorn kernals all over. The bed and sheets were stained. We had no towels initially. Strange smell in the hallways. We decided to leave. Needless to say, we found a much cleaner hotel nearby.

Very Disappointed, subpar breakfast poor amenities Cleanliness was mediocre. Breakfast is false advertising. The first day, we geaded down for breakfast at 7:30. Breakfast served from 7am to 9am. There was only granola bars (not sure how old they were), a few boiled eggs in a fridge, instant oatmeal sachets, tea, and coffee.
