Hotel is awful. Reception is a who gives a crap attitude. Good for 1 night only. Don't even have coffee makers in the room. Don't even have ice buckets in the room. Don't even have plastic drinking cups in the room. Breakfast is passable, that's the highlight. Stay somewhere else that gives a crap.

Rooms had a funny smell to them , there were no blankets. Had no fridge. Pool was nice. Definitely wont be using this hotel again. Staff was not helpful for anything

Not worth 150 a night! The only thing we loved was the room was big and spacious! Overall it was dirty. There was garbage still in can, crusty stuff on walls, half the lights in room didn't work, breakfast only had coffee and yogurt (no kid friendly beverages) and our neighbors had bed bugs....

Ran out of resources. Doesn't provide breakfast which was included in stay. Only one pot of coffee was brewed for entire guests. Staff is friendly but little helpless due to the management.

Will not stay here again Pre-Covid, we stayed at this personal favorite hotel when it was Hyatt, 3-4x a year. Now, it’s horrible. No citrus-flavored water or apples in lobby. One elevator out of service. Elevator had lots of debris on floor. Hallways hot/ smelly/damp; 1st room was trashy/ not clean: toothpaste residue at sinks; hair in kitchen sink; smudges on mirrors; clump of dark hair in bathroom/ unknown residue on phone; bed linens untidy; corners of room / bathroom had debris. THE PLACE IS A DISASTER! Never stayed. Checked in to check out room. The room was as dirty as the lobby. Trash throughout the lobby, carpet stains to the extreme in lobby and room. The whole building smelled of curry. Bathroom floor stained. I AM STILL WAITING ON A REFUND.

Our room didn’t even look like it had been cleaned. No towels, shampoo or basic sheets. The pools was unkept and dirty.

Such a run down hotel, had to constantly ask for towels and toilet paper. They tried to charge me multiple times for different amounts. Also when I was leaving I had some guy stand outside my door and wait for me to come outside. Not a safe environment at all.
