The room was not clean to the usual standards of these hotels. I found large wet spots on couch upon arrival. Pool was dirty too. Staff was mediocre.

We liked the price until we saw the room and all the amenities dirty run down pool was gross no towels soap etc place had gone extremely down hill

If you need more than a bed, go elsewhere No cups, towels, tp, ice bucket in room. Ice machine broken. Phone in room only worked on speaker phone. They had to keep resetting the elevators so they would work. Pool water was freezing & very cloudy. Walls are very thin. The hostess working when we arrived was amazing, the rest seemed like we were a bother to be there. Went to breakfast at 9am & it was closed up.

Very skeptical people even down to the staff. Don’t get me wrong some staff was wonderful like that housekeeper. The room was not clean at all! You can tell they only make the beds and keep it pushing. The couch was dirty, the shower was flooding with old hair and whatever else and the walls had visible stains. The bed was clean and the floors were semi clean but i wore my socks most of the time. Good for one night and one night only!
