When we arrived, we were informed that their machine to make key cards was not working. They offered us a refund so we could go elsewhere, but we were traveling for medical appointments and on a limited budget. The refund wouldn’t be immediate, so there’s no way we could go elsewhere. The hotel smell really bad like cat pee. I picked this hotel because it had a indoor pool and the pool was cold and we could not swim and my kids was not happy about it. I wasted my money on this hotel.

Hotel was advertised as new but was old and dated. Elevator had to be reset several times for it to work and then it would not go to the sixth floor, which was where our room was. The room was dirty. Popcorn kernels al over the floor, fingernail clippings on the floor, behind the tv was filthy like it hadn’t been wiped for a very long time, and there was blood on the side of the bathtub. Check in and out were a breeze. We had a room with a bed and a pull out couch. The couch didn’t have a blanket or sheet to use and when we called down to the front desk, they said none were available
