i literally cannot even explain in words how horrible the night manager AARON was, literally tried to steal most of our stuff it seemed like? wanted us to go without our medication, IDs, wallets, computers, cash etc because he gave us a faulty key & locked it all in a room & then told us he couldn't do anything and also blamed US for it, was INCREDIBLY rude to my wife to the extent another of our friends left his room to stay outside with her as he was afraid for her with what aaron was saying. pretty much EVERYTHING was ter... read more

Very disappointing We have stayed at this facility in the past but were very disappointed this time. Breakfast (which was advertised) was non-existent - the breakfast area was closed down and being renovated into a laundry, they just had a few hard boiled eggs, oatmeal and coffee - no milk, juice, cereal, hot entrees or even toast or muffins. Mold on shower grout. Fridge had no side door brace to hold items, thus limiting the useable space. Advertised breakfast was, in fact, coffee and a limited supply of granola bars. No business center. Loud environment.

Not ready for guests The hotel is obviously in the early stages of translation to new owners. My kids and I were stuck in the elevator for a period of time with no help or apologies from the staff. Breakfast included options of 4 packets of instant oatmeal. No bedding provided for pull out couch. Phone in the room did not work to call front desk. No staff available at the front desk when I waited in person. Surrounding floor to pool falling apart.

Horrible!!!! To describe this place as a halfway house would be generous. Elevators were broken. We stayed on the sixth floor. Had to get off on the fifth floor and walk up a flight. Carpeting on the elevator was disgusting as well as bugs all around the windows by the pool. we arrived in our room with no linens, blankets, pillowcases. The breakfast included and empty coffee container and granola bars. Not even water or juice. Horrible service, horrible hotel! I would not recommend this hotel, at all! I was given the wrong room. We got stuck in that room, temporarily, because the handle inside of the room was missing. I found it under the sink, thankfully. When I made it downstairs and told Candie, politely, that we had the wrong room, she shrugged and got an attitude with me, saying they didn't have anymore of the rooms I reserved. The hotel was gross, smelled, dog poop on carpets off entry way. The elevator was broken. It was advertised as new which must ha e meant they had just moved into the building, it was not new at all. Carpets in room were very dirty. We had reserved a room for 5, they gave us a king and sofa bed (which mattress was so stained it was disgusting) and took a decent amount of effort to get them to correct their mistake. Do not save money to stay here.

Booked online for myself and three of my children to stay the night on a cross-country drive. This place seems more like some kind of half-way house than a reputable hotel. Young lady at the desk was very pleasant and courteous, however the clientele was of a low calibre. The elevator was inoperative, so my young children and I walked up to our room on the 6th floor.
