Lock was broken on door. Had to get the front desk assistant to open the door each time. No attempt to fix it- left early due to it.

It took us 45 minutes to get our room because the key kept not working. Apparently it was the battery in the key reader. The guy said it was the only room left when we asked for another. We went to go get food after 45 minutes while he finally fixed the door. Then we finally get back and to our room and get our 2 year old dressed to go swimming and the pool isn't working. We were not the only guests in our swim suits trying to use the pool because there was absolutely no notice. The smoke detector was also unwired from the w... read more

The pool was down. They had a hallway carpet torn up but tact strips still down the towels were used and the room smelled horrible. People were laying in the hallways outside of their rooms awful experience will not come back.

Aweful! When i got there they said i cancelled my reservation even after showing them my confirmation. Said i called and called aaying i was going to jersey?? Never happened Left me and my 2 sons with no where to go 5 hours away from home at 9 pm. Didnt try to give me suggestions nothing the front desk lady just went bafk to watching tv on her phone and left us aframbling

The pictures are probably from the day the hotel was made, inside was an absolute mess. The room was dirty, broken, and completely unpleasant. They didn’t have keys so we had to be walked to the room, the next morning we asked for a key, and no ID no questions were asked and someone new just handed us keys. The toilet had cracks and chunks missing, the furniture was scratched and scuffed everywhere and a lot. The lobby was a mess with food boxes and bottles everywhere. Will never stay here or at an extended stay again.
