No shampoo or conditioner, 2 towels for 4 guests, had to ask for washcloth. Room had a very heavy air freshener smell. Breakfast was minimal with no plates, only coffee for drinks. The parking lot was full so we had to park at a nearby building. Not the worst place I've stayed but very inconvenient not having items to bathe!

The experience overall was crap. We booked this place expecting our kids would be able to swim. Website not updated and found out pool was closed for rest of the month for broken pipe. So opted to watch tv, no remote. Get remote from lobby and get all the way back to the room only to find out there are no batteries in the remote so had to go all the way back to the desk. Please fix the policy where if you don't have rooms not to give the room to someone else how does a person pay days in advance only to lose the room because apparently there's nothing available. Really sucks to be left looking for a room somewhere in a random area you don't have a lot of time to plan at night

The room was extremely dirty, beds still had dirty linens on them . It was several rooms

We got our room and it was missing bed sheets most of the lights didn't work. The TV didn't work also.. Please refund our payment ASAP

The room lacks basic stuff like hair dryer and a phone to call reception - The beds size is too small( double bed) to sleep 2 people comfortably - Free Breakfast was a joke. Just yogurt and coffee in breakfast. - They allow pets at all floors leading to noisy atmophere at nights with some pets barking all night disturbing sleep. - A room for 4 poeple comes with just 2 towels. - They claimed to provide cooking top in skme rooms but that was an jnductikn which does not accept any type of cooking vessle making it useless. Very dirty condition The floors were extremely dirty, needed to be vacuumed and swept and washed. There were no bath towels or toiletries in the bathroom.
