My experience with this property was horrible, Absolutely horrible,we had to go get our own rags and towels, carpets was burnt and nasty!!the whole experience was terrible and I would NOT recommend!!!! It smelled like dog and had bugs I discovered my LAST DAY AND WHEN I TOLD THEM THEY ACTED AS IT WAS NOTHING NEW!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Worst Hotel All I have to say is I travel all over North America and my experience with this hotel is ranked as my worst. The rooms smelt of urine and smoke, beds not clean, shower had hair in the drain. We spoke with hotel manager and all they would do is pass blame on the staff. Will never go back to this place

Poor ratings - do not recommend this place One of worst stays within Pittsburgh area. Dirty towel left behind on bathroom door, room was smoked in on prior visitors and not cleaned throughly, halls smelled full of smoke and bad odors, noises have occurred in neighboring room(s) through the night. Would not stay at that hotel again and do not recommend families going there.

First initial glance it looked like a nice hotel. The lady that checked us in was super sweet. We got to the room and it looked fine until we pulled out the couch. There was a leftover blanket on the couch and I know this because there was a receipt for takeout food in the blanket and there was crumbs on the blanket. This was by far the grossest hotel I’ve been in. It smelled like cigarettes and mildew despite being “non-smoking”. There were cigarette burns in the floor and furniture. The bathroom was small and poorly lit, and the light took about 30 secs to come on. The room was very tiny. The pool left my skin red and irritated. Disappointing!!!! and 1-star We got a double bed family room. The bathroom is so small, has no sink or table. The sink is outside the bathroom. There is nowhere to put anything you use after showering. I don't understand how they expect someone to dress up after showering with no privacy since we came as a family. We came for a sports event.
