Asked the lady at FD for tooth paste, she responded “no we don’t have tooth paste here”

Entire place smells of smoke - hallways and individual (non-smoking) rooms are very bad. Advertise having a breakfast - there is no breakfast. Some (limited) coffee and granola bars for a "grab and go" breakfast

Mid We were initially placed on a floor with several long stay workers and they were loud very late and very early the next day. They moved us to another floor the next day. The next night the fire alarm went off multiple times between 3-4am. We had 2 towels but no hand towels or floor towels. No shampoo or conditioner with limited typical room amenities. Place has gone downhill I have been staying heer every 2 months for the last year. The conditions are getting worse. Carpets are not vacuumed. No bath towels had to ask both days. Was told they were being laundered. Dogs not on leashes. Stayed there when it was hiltons property. Will be looking for another hotel for my next visit.

Runaway. This place is a dump. It should be torn down. Obviously, the management at this location is poor at best. Dirty, smelly, run down and customer service does not exist.

Disappointed No linings for pull out sofa. No wash clothes in the room. Toilet would not always flush. Very dirty under pull out sofa. One very slow elevator.

I decided to visit Pittsburgh for the first time with my pregnant wife and my father in law it was an amazing experience in Pittsburgh 10/10 but this hotel was not so good at all first things first the price for 2 nights is ridiculous. 2.hotel smells like cigarettes on every floor and stinky carpets the carpet is dirty its literally disgusting the elevators are dirty fingerprints all over elevator doors. 3rd when we entered our room the bed sheets were disgusting all dirty ac didnt work at all. 4th woke up for breakfast it s... read more

Lack of towels and other supplies that should have been in room. Hard to control room temperature and it was noisy
