Needs fixed and cleaned I spoke to Austin, in person, prior to check in, he was amazing and even agreed to go out of his way for my family. I came back to check in a few hours later and waited for someone to come to the desk. I eventually got checked in and went up to the room. The room did not appear to be cleaned properly. The rooms were not very clean, sheets had holes, stains and tears, towels also were stained with holes. Not enough towels were provided for all guests in the room, despite requesting items they never came.

Cranberry Highway The location of the hotel makes sleeping difficult on one side of the building. The interstate noise was very disturbing. What would have helped is running the HVAC fan, but that function was disabled on the thermostat. No wash cloths in the room.

Very disappointing The hotel was listed as one that provided full breakfast. In reality, it was breakfast snacks. On Saturday morning @7am (1hr after breakfast had begun) nobody was at the front desk, and only Nutrigrain bars and oatmeal packets were set out. Very disappointing. In addition, on the morning we checked out, only one elevator was working, the front door was broken, and the computers were down, so we couldn't settle up the bill in real time. I will NOT be staying at this hotel again.

Pool Closed, very sad little boy My 7 yr old was VERY disappointed the pool wasn't open. The pool was why I chose the hotel. I think Hotel.com should have some kind of rule that the hotel needs to update if any of the guest amenities are unavailable. If I would have had the money, I would have found another hotel with a pool that was open

I liked that they had rooms available. That's about it. Everything else was very disappointing. This was my first stay. I booked based on reviews and ratings. Very misleading. I am future informed now.

Negative Breakfast only had coffee and granola bars? Nothing for kids or anything of subsistence. Booked hotel for indoor pool. Conventional it was out of service. Would not recommend.

Not happy with stay Was not too happy with the property. The pool was good the first day but closed the 2nd day due to poor water results. The wifi was not great. My son had to sit by the room door everytime he wanted to use wifi as the connection was lost when he sat on the couch. We were suppose to have free breakfast but when we went to get something, everything was already gone.
