Not happy Price confort service doesn't match. This is a place for families can't affort to find a small condo to rent. Not a hotel...

Will not return to this location as it has significantly degraded (new owners) since my last stay ~3 years ago. Our room (2 queens pullout sofa) was not clean- pullout sofa had a large red (blood?) stain on the mattress, floor was dirty.I mentioned this to the front desk - they dismissed it as "it was most likely hair dye". Not acceptable response when you're attempting to have your child sleep on that bed! There were no linens in the room for the pull-out bed, stains on the floor. Hello Brian, I do apologize that your stay wasn't to your standards. We will be doing renovations in the next few months. I do hope you give us another try. Extended Stay Breakfasts are Grab n Go. (thus being said, when we are fully renovated there will be complete kitchens in each of the rooms.
Disappointed Breakfast is a joke. Dogs bark all day long.

Worst place ever! It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in! The tv didn’t work, the internet was terrible. Friday night they had some people partying until 430 in the morning! Saturday they had a wedding reception until 2am . It was so loud both nights you could not sleep, it was like having a room in the middle of a bar! I don’t recommend it and will never stay there again! I’d rather pay twice as much money to stay somewhere you can actually sleep.
We booked this on Expedia cause it was a Hyatt place just a few days before the check in date. Upon arrival the place was sold by Hyatt to someone else and was dirty and they were beginning a total revamp. Non of this was described upon booking. Total false advertisement. I was gonna book a different hotel then my fiancé said oh Hyatt place those are always great and I agreed. Sucks that when we arrived it wasn’t even a Hyatt place. The door lock on our room wouldn’t work. It took them an hour and a half to replace the batteries while we sat in the entry lounge. No other rooms were available. The desk agent, James, was really helpful and great to work with. He said he spoke with the manager and they were to refund our room for that night…haven’t seen the credit on my card yet though.
