Not new, but for the price I found this to be a good deal. The place was clean which is always my main concern.

My room was very clean no cockroaches like the other extended stay America. Halls smelt weird but other than that I enjoyed my stay will book again here

Inspect before getting comfortable The 1st room was dirty, hair on pillows, hair in tub and shower walls, and dirty toilet. The gentleman at front desk gave a different room and it was clean. Customer service was good
