The property was nice. The breakfast was very undesirable. It was a grab a muffin and go. There were not utensils or pots in the kitchen. That made the kitchen unusable. I am not going to go buy Pots, pans, plates, utensils for the trip. Be transparent on your description of the kitchen. Would I stay there again? No, I will pay $100 more for another hotel.

falta preocupante de higiene la higiene del lugar es nefasta, en 7 días de alojamiento nunca hicieron la limpieza, según ellos que así son sus políticas, nunca regresaría.

Got the police called on me and refused a room. I had prepaid. And they wouldn’t accept my card for incidentals.

The manager Jocelyn displayed extreme rudeness. We witnessed two instances where she was highly unprofessional. She was snappy with us when we checked it, and then turned her attitude toward a younger staff member. One maid, (name unknown), also acted in a similar manner. I'm not sure if this type of workplace demeanor is seen as acceptable here, but it's definitely not okay or comfortable to be around.
