Stayed six nights and our room was never cleaned not even one time. I had to ask for a broom to sweep and was given a broken broom in which made sweeping difficult to do in order to not cut myself on the broom. I did ask for our room to at least have the floors cleaned on day 4 and was told we weren’t scheduled for cleaning till the following day which was our last day. Cleaning service never came. Read this befire booking There were bugs in the bed (seemed dead) and the coffee was empty at 7:30. The room was 50 feet from a busy freeway, no barrier or berm. Rate was cheap, won't stay again.

No breakfast, it was just namesake Front desk was not polite and only basic toiletries like soap shampoo given No room cleaning

I waited over an hour after check in for room. Because they were not clean. Then I was given a room that had a knock sound in the. Refrigerator so I barely slept the bed with super uncomfortable. It was not a great experience for the amount of money I paid.

There was construction going on at night right outside my room and it was difficult to sleep. I also tried to get some of the “grab and go” breakfast at 8:45 this morning and there was nothing there. I had housekeeping knock on my door twice before I left this morning - this was before checkout time.

Pay what you get For what looked like a new hotel, the beds feel like you are sleeping on plastic mattress covers like for a toddler. Not sure how an extended stay makes you go to the front desk to acquire items for the kitchen. If I didn't want a room without a kitchen I would have booked another hotel. Morning of check out the maid was very pushy. My husband started taking things to the car and she was immediately knocking and proceeded to come in while I was changing!!! Won't be here again for medical stays.
