Clean but very basic I have used this chain of hotels before and generally had good experiences. This particular hotel was clean, but despite having a kitchenette it was not stocked with dishes or silverware. There was a placard saying to speak to the front desk, but they were only able to help in the evenings and were out of dishes the night before. Disappointed There was black hair in the shower, the shelves inside the fridge were red and my car window was smashed. No offer of compensation just an explanation of when it rains it pours.
