Staff need to attend the guest right away, I waited for 15-20 minutes to check in, at the same time when I called no one answer the phone, no concierge at the front to attend the guest. We heard music and car loud and clear at 12 midnight. Carpet a little bit smelly along the alley. Internet connection takes so long to connect,I need to go out to asked the concierge why it takes so long then I need to upgrade and pay for 5-6 dollars to have a faster connection. I have a decent experience in night, however, the morning experience is terrible. I was waked up at 9:30 by staff knocking my door without a specific comments. Then they just try to open my door without noticing 10 minutes later. Around 10:20, they knocking my door again and told me there probability some water leak in my bathroom, I told them they will have to wait 20 more minutes because we are still using it (no sign of water on the bathroom floor). Upon check-in: No folder in the room with area info--No phone book-When asked about dining and where to order was told just call uber eats, this doesn't help with finding someplace to order from---- No Coffee pot in the room--The "free Breakfast was some cupcake sized muffins and packaged boiled eggs

The refrigerator made a big noise midnight. The AC was old and loud when it was on. No staff helped me to resolve the situation. Never go back.

Staff not helpful didn’t stay there three different credit cards were declined. Willing to give them cash. Was checking in late 11at night then end up spending the night in the car. Very very bad experience.

Stolen phone charger We left a phone charger there, plugged into wall and it has suddenly disappeared from the wall. No one had checked into our room after us so it should have been in the wall still. I guess the cleaning crew took it home. It was an expensive charger as it was factory with the phone.
