Room on freeway side of building!!! The noise of the freeway did not stop ! Not good! The refrigerator in room made really loud noises all night ! I had surgery in AM so did not appreciate any of this . Hotel advertised breakfast …::it is only take away ? At least be honest when u advertise…..call it out as a take away breakfast ..not happy about any of this….,,..very disappointed!!!!

Dont stay here This was an awful experience i got this hotel for my mom while i was in the hospital haveing surgery and they treated her awful they were very rude and pack up her things early with out her consent and kept them in the office even tho she said she was on her way to clear ou the room the bed was so uncomfortable she couldnt even sleep the only 2 good things is it was close to the hospital and handy cap Accessible we will never stay here again they even threw out her food

I stayed for two nights without sleep. The first night was fine. The second night was the sound of doors opening and closing, the sound of doors opening and going in and out. Didn’t anyone respond?

First day there they turned off the hot water in the middle of my shower, claiming a "leak" that was magically fixed as soon as I called the front desk, dripping wet, to complain. Bedspread and pillows REEKED of old body odor, had not been washed or changed. Went to Wal Mart and bought my own when front desk refused to change/replace them. Checked out 3 days early on 8 day reservation, front desk lied to my travel agency, then refused to admit I checked out early so did not offer any refund for the 3 days I was not there. We stayed here for new years eve. Location is great, hotel is clean, spacious room place was comfortable for the price. We had a great experience with Jay who went out of his way to help us get comfortable. They don’t serve breakfast but have to- go items. Although we were only staying two nights Jay was willing to ensure we had all kitchenette items which I appreciate. We didn’t have to buy any items. No hot water and terrible service!!! There was no hot water in the shower. It seemed the handle needed to be adjusted to allow it to rotate over to the hot water. We called the front desk and he said they weren't having a problem but someone would call us. No one did. We went down to the front desk and talked to the same person and he said someone would come up and adjust the handle. We asked that a manager call us and he said ok.
