First room assigned was not ready and had to be reassigned to another room. Room was in 3rd floor but elevator was broken and they couldn’t give us a room in the lower floor even though we had bad knees and a dog crate. Bed was broken, window did not close , elevator not working, side entrances were not locked.

Okay so I’m making this review to help people choose weather to stay at this place or not. There was red stains on the side of the bed I don’t wanna make assumption and think it was blood but it might or might not be. The place smelled like ciggerets even though it’s a no smoking hotel people don’t respect that clearly. Needs serious upgrading. Bathroom old and stained. Kitchenette area old and beat up. Television old.

elevator doesn't work and smells like cigarettes

Breakfast is finished before time , no one taking care of that. Bathtub is damage and looks like very old .

Furnishings were old and damaged. Spike code on stairs that the day we checked in and still there when we checked out. Overall Smell was unpleasant. However, staff was very friendly and helpful.
