Checked in and found out that the elevator was out of service until December! The room was not very clean and had a weird smell. Had a studio suite but the refrigerator could not be opened. Will never stay there again.

The elevator was broken so we were given a room on the first floor because I cannot climb stairs due to a bad back. We were not informed that the room did not have the king sized bed we paid for nor was any refund offered.

Beware Introverts!!! Elevator was "being serviced" which we were not made aware of prior to check in, not a huge deal but definitely not convenient, especially for disabled folks, what if we had a wheelchair? Seriously. Excessive knocking on our door the night of checking in for no reason other then "wrong room sorry" and in the morning there was again an excessive repeated knocking on our door was the ultimate disruption to our comfort.
