Property was dirty and smelled. Bed linen was stained, towels were stained and deteriorated.

I was disappointed in our stay, booked two rooms at the same time with two double beds in each room, when we checked in our rooms were on two different floors. My room was with my 19 year old son and 6 and 9 year old, was told my room was a king bed and pull out sofa, not what I booked. Was told we couldn’t get rooms on the same floor as there was nothing available and they couldn’t get us a room with two double beds. Terrible and stay away from this hotel Extremely bad experience. 1. Room was provided is totally different than what It shows in picture and receptionist mentioned that this is generic picture of room. 2. Room was stinky - seems someone smoked in the room 3. Beds were very uncomfortable 4. Floor was sticky and carpet was dirty Never recommend anyone to this hotel… waste of my money

I booked my stay a month in advance because we were going to the amusement park in the area and needed a night to rest. We arrived at the hotel exhausted the lady at the front desk checks us in with no problem until I go upstairs and discover that the room wasn’t the one I reserved. Upon entering it smelled like someone was currently sitting in the room smoking, it was so strong. Then I wanted double beds they switched my room to a 1 queen bed with a pull out.
