Do not stay here Horrible experience. Floor was damp in hallway and so was the air. Smelled super musty. AC Didn’t work in room. No towels. It was me, my husband and our 2.5 and 5 yo. We had family in two other rooms and they had issues too. My brother in law went to get us towels at 10pm because that’s how late we stayed out to avoid being in the room and they were just pulling them out of dryer and that was their excuse… 10 pm really? Checked in but did not stay. Room smelled. Changed rooms but air did not work. Would be like to get my money back. Will not use Expedia again. Rip off

The front desk staff member (Keith) was very rude and seem a bit shade. Within the next hour of my stay, I heard lots of noise from the room next door and witness a crew of guys entering and leaving the room. I immediately called the first desk and asked for a refund to leave the hotel. The front desk staff member was very rude and tried to force himself into my room. Terrible THe stay overall was mediocre until the last night when my AC unit went out at 11pm and the front desk wouldnt do anything about it and it was too late to leave. So I had to sleep in an 80 degree room

The service was awful. I requested a small dish towel and I got one with hairs on it. When we call for assistance to shut the window (because there was a trick to it), the front desk attendant raised his voice and was rude to us. He had no Custumer service skills whatsoever . The hotel smelled always like smoke and marihuana . Very unpleasant stay.
