Terrible and stay away from this hotel Extremely bad experience. 1. Room was provided is totally different than what It shows in picture and receptionist mentioned that this is generic picture of room. 2. Room was stinky - seems someone smoked in the room 3. Beds were very uncomfortable 4. Floor was sticky and carpet was dirty Never recommend anyone to this hotel… waste of my money

I booked my stay a month in advance because we were going to the amusement park in the area and needed a night to rest. We arrived at the hotel exhausted the lady at the front desk checks us in with no problem until I go upstairs and discover that the room wasn’t the one I reserved. Upon entering it smelled like someone was currently sitting in the room smoking, it was so strong. Then I wanted double beds they switched my room to a 1 queen bed with a pull out. Do not stay here Horrible experience. Floor was damp in hallway and so was the air. Smelled super musty. AC Didn’t work in room. No towels. It was me, my husband and our 2.5 and 5 yo. We had family in two other rooms and they had issues too. My brother in law went to get us towels at 10pm because that’s how late we stayed out to avoid being in the room and they were just pulling them out of dryer and that was their excuse… 10 pm really? Checked in but did not stay. Room smelled. Changed rooms but air did not work. Would be like to get my money back. Will not use Expedia again. Rip off

The front desk staff member (Keith) was very rude and seem a bit shade. Within the next hour of my stay, I heard lots of noise from the room next door and witness a crew of guys entering and leaving the room. I immediately called the first desk and asked for a refund to leave the hotel. The front desk staff member was very rude and tried to force himself into my room. Terrible THe stay overall was mediocre until the last night when my AC unit went out at 11pm and the front desk wouldnt do anything about it and it was too late to leave. So I had to sleep in an 80 degree room
