The service was awful. I requested a small dish towel and I got one with hairs on it. When we call for assistance to shut the window (because there was a trick to it), the front desk attendant raised his voice and was rude to us. He had no Custumer service skills whatsoever . The hotel smelled always like smoke and marihuana . Very unpleasant stay.

Rooms had a terrible odor. Obviously people were smoking. Rooms were clean but bathroom was dirty. Brought Clorox clean up to clean disinfect. Staff was rude. Multiple trips to service desk when needing towels blankets and anything else for the room. Parking lot was filthy with garbage. Doors going out to parking lots from the stairwells were not locked. Anyone could walk right in. I felt very insafe

Not restful Road noise was bad. Glad to have kitchen. Apparently cheaper rates became available but not able to change.
Disappointing Very surprised, for being in the Princeton Corridor, you would expect a higher level of hotel. Our room smelled, carpet was in horrible condition and ripped, security bracket on door was broken, AC system did not work properly. Kitchen area, cabinets were in bad condition. Open packages of food were left in cabinet from the prior customer. Again very disppointed!!!
