The front desk staff member (Keith) was very rude and seem a bit shade. Within the next hour of my stay, I heard lots of noise from the room next door and witness a crew of guys entering and leaving the room. I immediately called the first desk and asked for a refund to leave the hotel. The front desk staff member was very rude and tried to force himself into my room. Terrible THe stay overall was mediocre until the last night when my AC unit went out at 11pm and the front desk wouldnt do anything about it and it was too late to leave. So I had to sleep in an 80 degree room

The service was awful. I requested a small dish towel and I got one with hairs on it. When we call for assistance to shut the window (because there was a trick to it), the front desk attendant raised his voice and was rude to us. He had no Custumer service skills whatsoever . The hotel smelled always like smoke and marihuana . Very unpleasant stay.

Room smelled like fried chicken The entire floor smelled like weed Occupants above me stomped all night and throughout the morning Room I wanted was not available

Need to clean better Exterminate the building nasty couches need to remodel

Rooms had a terrible odor. Obviously people were smoking. Rooms were clean but bathroom was dirty. Brought Clorox clean up to clean disinfect. Staff was rude. Multiple trips to service desk when needing towels blankets and anything else for the room. Parking lot was filthy with garbage. Doors going out to parking lots from the stairwells were not locked. Anyone could walk right in. I felt very insafe

Not restful Road noise was bad. Glad to have kitchen. Apparently cheaper rates became available but not able to change.
