Upon arrival at the hotel the front desk attendant informed us that she believed all the rooms were already booked. After checking on her computer she gave us a room key stating that this was the last empty room. We proceeded to the room only to find upon entering that the room was occupied by a woman sleeping in the bed nude. We returned to the front desk obviously irate at this embarrassing turn of events. this place stinks... literally. linens looked unclean - slept in clothes on top of bedspread... don't waste your time with this place

Old decor, baseboards rotting in bathroom. Part of electrical outlet missing next to bed - could see inside the wall. Hallway reeked of food like an old apartment building. “Closet” had a curtain to cover it instead of a door.

I think they should clean the room daily instead of once a week because of garbage.

Done staying at Extended Stay America I have stayed at this hotel a number of times before in the past, always booking through Hotels.com. But when I arrived on this night, I was told that my reservation had been moved to another location several miles away.
