I don’t recommend I had to switch my room because the first room smelled like smoke and when I was leaving the other room they gave me I see a roach disappointment with the whole situation

Bad service. Not clean there is cockroaches in the rooms

Avoid this place Where to begin? My 10 year old son and I had a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa. There were no linens or pillows for the sofa sleeper. After getting them I pulled out the sofa to make it for my son, the sheet on the bed was covered in urine and excrement. I have never been more disgusted in my life. The hotel is non smoking and as an ex smoker, let me tell you the smell of stale cigarettes in the room was nauseating. There were puddles of liquids on the kitchen floor. I left a previous review regarding this hotel because I left abruptly due to bedbugs, they could not refund my money immediately because we booked thru Expedia, I called Expedia and they refunded my money, but today extended stay charged my card and when I called I spoke to the assistant general manager and she was extremely insensitive ,rude and unprofessional. I checked in today and the first room I got was obviously not cleaned and no cups and no toilet tissue in the bathroom and the bathroom tub looked dirty. They gave us a new room and ..room 212 to be exact and I alway check the beds for bugs and when I pulled back the covers there was the biggest bedbug ever right there .. we packed up and left immediately and demanded a refund to be told that they can not refund us because I went thru Expedia and they can not give us anything showing that we left.. the staff was completely w... read more

House Keeper Harassment and going through my thin House keeping overall was horrible during stay. Harassed by one staff and checking out another staff went in the room while I was taking some things to the car. She clearly saw I was checked out and she started to go through my things to see what Sha can keep. The other house keeper knocked on my door Christmas Eve harassing me
